On July
29, 2021, the Information Center of the Development Research Center of the
State Council and SCI signed the strategic cooperation agreement. Yu Bin, Party
Member of the Development Research Center of the State Council, and Jaing
Hulin, President of SCI attended the Signing Ceremony and delivered speeches.
Xu Dongliang, Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council,
and Lu Hua, Chief information Officer of SCI, signed the agreement on behalf of
each party .
